Flat or terraced house
Protection of entrance doors, windows, cellar areas, or terrace. A solution without unnecessary channelling, with simple controls and clear modes for everyday use.
- quick installation
- clear operation
- minimum intervention
We design and install JABLOTRON alarms so they make sense in real home life. Clear app, clean installation, straightforward control, and service even after installation.
Some want to protect their family, others their property, some want an overview when away. A good installation does not start with a catalogue of detectors, but with how your home actually works.
Protection of entrance doors, windows, cellar areas, or terrace. A solution without unnecessary channelling, with simple controls and clear modes for everyday use.
A house with multiple entrances, garage, garden, or technical room needs well‑thought‑out sensor placement and meaningful scenarios. We don't design by the number of components, but by real risks.
Where you aren't present every day, reliable event transmission, mobile overview, and the possibility to add further protection or response mode are important.
We don't want to build a website or a company on installing everything for everyone. We want to stand behind a solution that is long‑term usable, understandable, and serviceable.
It is not enough to just install an alarm. What matters is that it makes sense in everyday use. We configure modes, notifications, and logic so the system doesn't overload you unnecessarily.
For new installations we rely on Jablotron. This ensures consistent quality in design, installation, and service. You get a clear solution, and we can stand behind it even years later.
After installation, we test the system together, set up the app, and show you basic operation. The goal is not just a completed job, but a customer who truly understands the system.
When you want to add a detector, fix a battery, notifications, or modify the system, you know who to call. We can service Paradox, but for new alarms we typically build on Jablotron.
For new projects we keep a clear direction: Jablotron. This way we know what we install, what we hand over, and what we will service in two or five years. We can service Paradox, but for new home alarms we typically recommend Jablotron.
An alarm is not just a siren on the wall. It is a visible signal that your home is not an easy target — and when designed cleverly, it integrates well with cameras, entry systems, and other technologies in the house.
Perpetrators decide at the target selection stage whether a property is protected. That is why an alarm makes sense even before an alarm event — a house with visible security feels different than one without protection.
An alarm alone is a good start. In practice, it works best when integrated with thoughtful home security — such as preparation for cameras, smart entry, or well‑designed data cabling.
It's not just about burglary. An alarm gives you an overview of what's happening at home when you're at work, travelling, or asleep at night. We set up modes so the system helps and doesn't bother you with unnecessary alarms.
Many homeowners also need to cover a garage, workshop, storage, or home office. That's why we can design a solution that starts with the family house and smoothly extends to the commercial part of the property or other low‑current technologies.
This is not a remote price list. It is a quick orientation to show how we think about home alarms.
A sensible foundation for better sleep and peace of mind when away.
A balanced solution for a typical house with garage or multiple entrances.
When you want more overview, more parts of the property, and focus on operational logic.
No unnecessary steps. The goal is a quick overview, a clear design, and a functional result.
We find out what you want to protect, how the property works, and where you currently feel most uncertain.
We propose sensor placement and system logic so the solution makes sense both technically and practically.
We install the system, configure the app, modes, users, and test everything in real operation.
We show you everyday use, advise on modes, and remain available for service and expansion.
The most important things people ask before deciding on a home alarm.
What matters is that the system isn't just a 'box on the wall', but comprehensive protection. For existing houses we recommend wireless, for new builds a combination with cabling. Our new installations are based on the Jablotron system – for its stability and Czech interface.
Yes. For existing houses we choose a wireless solution, so we avoid interfering with the interior. But if you are building a new house, check out our new build electrical installation section, where we prepare the cabling in time.
It won't, if it is designed correctly. We calibrate the system to ignore animals or air movement. Additionally, we offer regular Jablotron service to ensure the system stays in perfect condition.
Besides detecting movement, it also monitors fire, water leaks, or gas. The alarm can also control entry systems, the gate, or outdoor lights when you come home.
Yes, for older systems like Paradox, DSG, ELDES, and Honeywell we perform diagnostics and electrical inspections. However, if the system is outdated, we will propose a replacement with a modern solution.
The alarm alerts you that something is happening, but camera systems show you who is there. Often we also do preparation for cameras for future expansion.
Yes. We configure the system so you have an overview in the app. This requires a stable connection, which we handle in the internet and Wi‑Fi section.
For new builds, a final approval inspection is mandatory. For insurance companies, a functioning and inspected alarm is a condition for coverage in case of theft.
