Site survey & operational goals
We walk through your office/commercial areas, understand the type of work (PC work, meetings, retail), operating hours and expectations. We set clear goals: comfort, representation, savings, control and trouble-free service.

Lighting concept design
We design luminaire types and layers of light (ambient, task, accent). We address UGR/glare, monitor reflections, uniformity, CRI and the right color temperature for each zone.

Calculation, technology selection & control
We prepare lighting-technical outputs and select quality luminaires and drivers (stability, low flicker/TLM). We design control: DALI-2, occupancy sensors, daylight harvesting, schedules and zoning.

Power circuits & installation prep
We ensure power circuits, protection and (if needed) switchboard adjustments and cable routes. We plan phasing so normal operation (office/retail) continues with minimal limitation.

Installation, commissioning & scene setup
We install the lighting, commission the system and configure scenes (work, meeting, presentation, cleaning, closed). We verify sensors, zones and intuitive control logic.

Measurements, documentation, inspection & service plan
We perform verification measurements and hand over as-built documentation and protocols. We provide initial electrical inspection (where applicable) and set a service regime for long-term stable lighting.

What does office and commercial LED lighting design & delivery include?
It’s not just swapping luminaires. We typically cover lighting study (distribution, uniformity, glare/UGR), zoning based on use, daylight strategy, color temperature concept, control (scenes, DALI-2, sensors) and final measurements with documentation. The goal is comfort, savings and a solution that stays serviceable long-term.
How can I tell office lighting is poorly designed?
Typical signs: eye strain, headaches, frequent complaints about ‘too harsh’ or too dim light, monitor reflections, uneven light (dark zones), glare from luminaires and uncomfortable meeting rooms during presentations. In retail you’ll also notice poorer product presentation and a lower perceived quality of the space.
Do you address glare and monitor reflections (UGR)?
Yes. In offices, UGR and monitor reflections are critical. We design optics, aiming and luminaire placement to achieve comfortable, even light without unpleasant glare. We also apply practical zoning — different light for desks, circulation and lounge areas.
Do you deliver lighting control (scenes, sensors, DALI-2) and does it really help?
Yes — and it’s often the fastest route to savings without sacrificing comfort. For offices and commercial spaces we set scenes (work, meeting, cleaning, presentation), occupancy sensors, daylight harvesting, schedules and zones. The result is lower consumption and better usability for people.
How do you light meeting rooms where people present and take notes?
We treat meeting rooms as a scene-based environment — typically at least ‘meeting’, ‘presentation’ and ‘cleaning’. We split the room into zones (table, walls, projection surface) so both notes and the screen are readable, without glare or distracting reflections.
What’s the difference between ‘cheap LED’ and a professional solution for offices and retail?
Mainly light quality, comfort and long-term reliability. A professional design addresses glare/UGR, uniformity, stable light output (without annoying flicker), suitable optics and control. In retail, we also focus on color rendering and accents so the space and products look premium and consistent.
Can you modernize lighting with minimal disruption (open office / operating store)?
Yes. We plan work by zones and off-peak (evenings, weekends, floors, store sections). With phasing we minimize noise, dust and outages so operations remain smooth and users can keep working or serving customers.
Do you provide measurements, protocols and inspection after installation?
Yes. After completion we deliver measurements and as-built documentation (wiring, circuits, labeling, control settings) and, depending on scope, initial electrical inspection. This matters for safe operation, audits and future service without improvisation.
How fast can you provide a concept and how many variants do you usually offer?
We typically prepare a comparison: a comfort-first variant, a ROI/savings-first variant, and optionally a variant with advanced control (scenes, sensors, DALI-2). The decision then becomes data-driven (parameters, costs, expected operation), not guesswork.
What do you need for a non-binding assessment of an office or commercial space?
Ideally: floor plans (or dimensions), ceiling height, zone usage (desks, circulation, meeting rooms, showroom/retail), daylight information and photos of the current state. If you have none of that, we’ll do a site survey, measurements and propose next steps including phasing.
