Access control by building type

We design solutions for homes, apartment buildings, businesses and public sites. The goal is always the same: secure entry, simple administration and long‑term stability.

Homes and apartment buildings

Access control increases security and everyday comfort. Opening by fob, PIN, or mobile is fast, consistent, and easy to manage.

  • main entrances, gates and shared areas
  • RFID/NFC fobs or cards, PIN keypads, mobile credentials
  • video intercoms and door entry systems (including HOA / building-association setups)
  • simple add/remove of access rights without changing cylinders
  • option to extend with hotel-style locks for short‑term rentals or accommodation

What you get

Result: safer entry and smoother operation for residents and building management.

Businesses, offices and facilities

In business environments, zoning, traceability and simple permission management are key. We design around your real workflow—not a one‑size‑fits‑all template.

  • roles and time schedules by department or shift
  • RFID/NFC, PIN and biometrics (fingerprint) where it makes sense
  • time & attendance features with clean exports
  • electric strikes / maglocks for reliable door control
  • integration with CCTV, intruder alarms and other low‑voltage systems

What you get

Result: higher security, less admin, and events you can trace in minutes.

Schools, authorities and public buildings

For public buildings, transparency, stability and long‑term manageability matter most. We focus on clear rules and a clean handover that works even after staff changes.

  • staff access and selected secure zones
  • time modes aligned to building operation
  • video intercom at main entrances
  • audit logs of entries and admin changes
  • alignment with fire and security scenarios

What you get

Result: a system that stays reliable today—and remains manageable years from now.

Installation snapshots & examples

The difference between “a reader on the door” and a managed security tool

Great access control isn’t just hardware. It’s rules, integrations and administration that work every day—and stay predictable during incidents.

Typical market offer (what we often see)

  • generic promises with no distinction between residential vs commercial needs
  • few real installation examples and weak technical detail
  • unclear permission rules and minimal documentation
  • integrations mentioned in marketing—but not designed into delivery

How we deliver it

  • design based on building type and day‑to‑day operation
  • image‑first: real installation examples and scenario thinking
  • RFID/NFC, PIN, fingerprint, video intercom, hotel locks, time & attendance
  • a clear process: design → install → configure → handover

Typical use cases

From apartments to offices, hotels and schools—each environment has different expectations for comfort, security and administration.

Integrations that deliver measurable impact

The biggest value comes from connecting systems. Access control alone is good—integrated access control becomes strategic.

Access + video intercom / door entry

Yes—door entry belongs here. In residential buildings and mixed-use sites, intercom and access control are one functional system.

  • audio/video communication at the entrance
  • door release via fob, PIN or app (per project design)
  • solutions for HOAs and smaller apartment buildings

Access + CCTV

Tie an access event to the corresponding video in seconds—faster investigations, better visibility.

  • time correlation: entry event ↔ video clip
  • quick verification of incidents
  • stronger evidence for internal reviews

Access + intruder / fire safety systems

Access logic can be aligned with security and fire modes to ensure predictable door behavior in defined scenarios.

  • mode control based on building status
  • clear door behavior in emergency scenarios
  • documented operational logic

Access + time & attendance

Attendance features help track arrivals/departures and reduce manual administration.

  • one place to manage permissions and attendance
  • clean outputs for administration
  • setup by shifts and departments

Security and operational standard

We build systems that are robust, auditable and easy to manage over the long run.

Roles, zones and schedules

Every user gets only the access they truly need—nothing more.

  • permissions by role and location
  • time-limited access where required
  • fast changes during organizational shifts

Right authentication for the risk

We set the best mix: fob/card, PIN, fingerprint or mobile credentials—based on the zone and threat level.

  • RFID/NFC for standard doors
  • fingerprint for selected secure zones
  • secure issuing and blocking of credentials

Audit trails and traceability

Events are clear, searchable and usable for operational and security decisions.

  • logs of entries and denied attempts
  • records of admin changes
  • fast traceability during incidents

ROI and operational benefits

Access control isn’t just a cost—it’s a tool that reduces incidents, speeds up response and improves operational control.

Stronger site security

Access is controlled and transparent across your building.

Smoother daily operation

RFID/NFC, PIN or fingerprint speeds up entry—no key handling.

Faster incident response

Trace an event in logs and CCTV within minutes.

Less key management overhead

Lost credential? Block it and issue a new one—no cylinder changes.
