This page explains how we process personal data when communicating with you, handling inquiries and delivering projects, how we use cookies and what rights you have.

2) What data we process
We mainly process data you provide to us and technical data related to the operation of the website:
- Contact details: name/company name, email, phone
- Inquiry details: message/inquiry content, agreed parameters, and possibly the project site address
- Contract & billing data: data necessary for contracting, performance and accounting
- Technical data: IP address, cookies, logs and website usage data (depending on cookie settings)
Providing data — is it mandatory?
Providing contact details is voluntary, but without them we cannot respond or handle your inquiry. If we deliver a project, certain data is necessary to conclude and perform the contract and to comply with legal obligations (e.g., accounting).
Where we get the data
We typically obtain data directly from you (form, email, phone). Technical data (e.g., IP address, cookies) is generated when you use the website.
3) Processing purposes and legal bases
a) Handling inquiries and communication
We use data from the contact/inquiry form, email or phone to respond to your request, agree an offer, site visit or a delivery date.
Legal basis: steps taken prior to entering into a contract (pre-contractual measures).
b) Concluding and performing a contract
If a project is delivered, we process data needed for delivery, handover, service and complaints.
Legal basis: performance of a contract.
c) Accounting and legal obligations
We process invoice data and related documentation to meet legal obligations.
Legal basis: compliance with a legal obligation.
d) Protection of our legal claims and security
In justified cases, we process data to protect and enforce legal claims,
and/or to secure the website (logs, abuse prevention).
Legal basis: legitimate interest.
e) Analytics, website improvement and marketing (based on cookies)
We run analytics and marketing tools only according to cookie settings (consent/refusal).
Legal basis: consent (for non-essential cookies).
Automated decision-making / profiling
We do not carry out automated individual decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.
4) Recipients and processors
Personal data may be made available only to the extent necessary to our suppliers (processors), and/or to public authorities if required by law.
Operation of web hosting and related infrastructure.
Email administration / mail configuration and technical support.
Processing and delivery of a message sent via the website form. Under its terms, the service may temporarily process/store submitted messages and technical logs.
Website security, attack protection and content delivery.
Traffic measurement and user experience improvement (only according to cookie settings).
Embedded maps, form protection and measurement/SEO (only according to cookie settings, where required).
5) Transfers to third countries outside the EU/EEA
Some suppliers (especially cloud and analytics services) may process data outside the EU/EEA or allow access from third countries. In such cases, appropriate transfer safeguards are used (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) and additional protective measures depending on the situation.
6) Retention period
We keep data for as long as necessary to fulfill the processing purpose and to protect our legal claims (criteria: communication length, existence of a contract, warranty periods, limitation periods, legal obligations).
- Inquiries and communication: typically for the duration of communication and then no longer than 5 years, if no contractual relationship arises.
- Projects / service / complaints: for the term of the contractual relationship and then warranty period + 3 to 5 years.
- Accounting and tax documents: according to statutory retention periods.
- Technical logs and security records: for the necessary period only (typically months).

8) Your rights
You have the right to access personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability (where applicable), to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ).
