Frequently asked questions

Do you install PV for private houses?

No. We focus on PV for businesses, municipalities and apartment buildings (HOA/condominiums). That lets us keep project management, documentation, grid connection and long-term service at the standard required for B2B/B2G projects.

How do you size the PV system (kWp)?

Based on real consumption and the load profile (ideally 15-minute data), grid connection options, export requirements and the project goal (savings, ESG, demand stability). The aim is not “as many panels as possible”, but the highest usable on-site generation in real operations.

Do you handle the grid connection and communication with the DSO?

Yes. We prepare the application inputs, coordinate the process according to the connection conditions, set protections and perform tests so commissioning is smooth and fully transferable.

Are electrical inspections and handover documentation included?

Yes. Standard delivery includes safe installation, measurements and inspections (as applicable) and clear documentation for operations, audit and future service (schematics, labels, protocols, protection/monitoring settings).

How do you handle monitoring and service when performance drops?

We set up online monitoring and alarms. Using diagnostics we identify the root cause (e.g., string fault, shading, inverter deviation, protection settings) and fix issues efficiently—without unnecessary site visits and delays.

Can you deliver battery storage (BESS) and energy management (EMS)?

Yes. If storage makes operational and economic sense (peak shaving, backup, export limitation, tariff optimization), we propose BESS and integrate it into energy management (EMS/SCADA) based on your operating scenarios.

How do you deal with export limitations and power control?

We design with connection conditions and real operations in mind. We implement power control, export limits, prioritization of self-consumption and (where useful) links to on-site technologies (cooling, HVAC, compressors etc.) so PV production does not work “against” the facility.

Do you deliver ground-mounted PV and larger projects (hundreds of kWp to MWp)?

Yes, depending on the project. We assess the site, connection options and investor requirements, then propose the technical concept and execution plan. For higher capacities, staging, safety and robust handover are key.

How long does PV delivery usually take?

It depends on system size, structure (roof/ground), operational constraints and especially the grid connection process. We set clear milestones (concept → engineering → installation → tests → inspection → commissioning) so you know what happens when—and why.

What do you need for a quick initial assessment?

A project goal, location, consumption estimate (invoices or ideally 15-minute data), grid connection/main breaker info and a few photos of the roof/switchboards. Then we propose an initial concept and next steps towards a detailed design.
