We define the space type (public/municipal, industrial, offices, commercial), goals and priorities: safety, comfort, savings, lifetime, controls and schedule. We collect basic inputs (layout, heights, operating regime).
We review current lighting and electrical installation (circuits, panels, protection, cable routes). We identify risks: glare, dark zones, frequent failures, unsuitable optics, or poor light stability.
We design an optimal solution (optics, layout, zoning, CCT, CRI/UGR for the space). We present variants clearly: power, parameters, lifetime, serviceability and total cost of ownership (TCO).
Where it makes sense, we add controls: DALI-2, occupancy sensors, daylight harvesting, schedules and scenes. For larger sites we also integrate into BMS/automation and set up clear zone management for operations and maintenance.
We plan phasing to minimize impact (zones/floors, outside peak times, temporary regimes). We install luminaires, adjust wiring/panels as needed, configure controls and commission the system.
We provide measurements and protocols, as-built documentation and electrical inspection as applicable. We hand over zone/scene settings, maintenance recommendations and a service regime so the system remains reliable for years.

We don’t pick “from a catalogue”. We start from the space purpose, mounting heights, operating regime, daylight, and comfort & safety requirements (uniformity, glare/UGR, color rendering, light stability). We validate the design by calculation and, where it makes sense, also by measurement — so it’s neither underlit nor overlit.

In many buildings the biggest difference comes from combining quality LED luminaires with smart control (zones, presence, daylight harvesting, schedules). We always compare variants and calculate payback (TCO) so you decide based on data.

We hand over a solution that is serviceable long-term: schematics, circuit labeling, measurement protocols (as applicable), scene/schedule settings for controls, and an electrical inspection report. For B2B clients this is crucial — it saves time during layout changes, rebuilds and troubleshooting.
